Who We Are
Next Up LLC is managed by a group of dedicated professionals who have rich experience of over years in IT Staffing and joint commission certified healthcare staffing agency. We are a certified minority-owned small business company headquartered in San Diego, with coverage across the United States, Canada, Mexico, Italy, and India. We specialize in engineering, validation, regulatory, IT Staffing, and non-IT Staffing related areas, primarily focused on pharmaceutical/life sciences and medical device companies. We are an E-verified company. Our unique differentiation is that we invest in our talent pool community by training our consultants in engineering, compliance, and validation skills. We supply consultants to top 500 Inc companies, which allows us to maintain access to superior talent as we invest in career growth and have an edge over the competition with our niche pool of candidates.
Focused on delivering value for our customers.
“It’s an island full of talent and if you grow up there, you grow up living and breathing music.”
It seems every year there is huge growth in women’s sport. Each new year brings bigger crowd figures, new competitions, increased television coverage and new records being set. But as the nation took to social media to share in the emotion of Phillips’ anterior cruciate ligament injury, it was clear there was another, less quantifiable, factor at play.

Our Mission
Wearing face masks that adequately cover the mouth and nose causes the error rate of some of the most widely used facial recognition algorithms to spike to between 5 percent and 50 percent.
A study by the US National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has found. Black masks were more likely to cause errors than blue masks, and the more of the nose covered by the mask, the harder the algorithms found it to identify the face.
